1. Who we are
This website is run by Luxury Premium Finese, the hotel known as Luxury Premium Finese, located in Golem, Durrës, Albania. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, which means we decide why and how it is used.

2. What data we collect
When you book a room
Your first and last name, email address, phone number, country, the dates and details of your stay, the room and rate you chose, any special requests you write, and the status of your payment. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
When you send us an enquiry or book a SPA treatment or event
Your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the message you write, and for SPA requests the treatment, date and number of guests you choose.
When you visit the website
Technical information such as your IP address, the browser and device you use, and the pages you open. We use it to keep the website secure, to stop spam and abuse, and to fix problems. We do not use advertising or tracking tools (see our Cookie Policy).
When you chat with us
If you use the WhatsApp button, the chat takes place in WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We see the number and the messages you send us.
3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with
We only share your data with the people and services that need it to deliver what you asked for:
- Our booking system (MUST) and the hotel's property management software (Clock PMS), which hold your reservation.
- Our payment provider (PokPay), which processes card payments and refunds on its own secure pages.
- Email delivery and mailbox services, which send our messages and receive yours.
- Hosting and technical providers that run this website.
- Google Maps, only if you choose to load the map on our Contact page.
- The authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Moving data outside Albania
Some of our providers are based, or store data, outside Albania, including in the European Union. When that happens we choose providers that protect personal data to a high standard and bind them by contract to do so.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Booking records are kept for the periods that Albanian accounting, tax and tourism rules require. Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them and any follow-up, and then deleted or anonymised. If you give consent for news and offers, we keep your address until you withdraw it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data, where we no longer need it or the law allows;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to a use that is based on our legitimate interest;
- ask for your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, write to reservation@luxurypremiumfinese.com. We will answer within one month. We may need to confirm who you are first.
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IDP) (www.idp.al), or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
8. How we protect your data
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Card payments are made on the payment provider's own secure page. Access to booking data is limited to the people who need it, and our forms have protection against spam and automated abuse. No system is completely risk-free, so if something goes wrong with your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Children
Our website and online bookings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Children travelling with a booking guest are recorded only as part of that booking.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If the changes are important, we will tell you on the website or by email.
